Weight Off Workshops (WOW & WOW Plus)

Free 12-week group programmes designed to help adults build healthier habits around food, activity, sleep, and stress. Run in small, supportive groups, each session includes expert guidance, optional private weigh-ins, and personalised goal setting. Participants receive a free toolkit with resources like food diaries, recipe booklets, and resistance bands. For those looking to ease into exercise, WOW Plus includes gentle beginner-friendly activity sessions. The courses are ideal for anyone with a BMI between 25 and 40 who’s ready to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Men's Health Challenge

Free 12-week programme designed to help men improve their fitness, lose weight, and boost overall wellbeing in a fun, team-based environment. Aimed at those with a BMI between 25 and 40, the course includes weekly activity sessions at local leisure centres, friendly team competitions, and access to gym facilities. Participants start with a personal health “Mini MOT” and are supported with expert advice, nutritional guidance, and optional one-to-one wellbeing support. It’s a great way to get active, stay motivated, and connect with others on a similar journey.
