Strength & Tone Course
Strength and Tone is a BRAND NEW course aiming to support and guide beginners through their first steps to getting active. Each session will involve aerobic exercise designed to get your heart rate up, targeted exercises to improve muscle strength, and will progressively challenge you each week.
Sessions will be led by a qualified instructor who will tailor the class to suit individual needs. You will receive a phone call from our friendly team prior to the start of your course so you can get to know each other and ask any questions you may have.
