We hold regular monthly outreach clinics for Wellbeing 1-1 appointments and Wellbeing MOTs across the district:

Billingshurst GP Surgery

3pm-5pm on Wednesdays:  9 April, 14 May, 11 June, 9 July, 13 August, 10 September

Henfield Leisure Centre

2:15 - 4:30pm on Fridays: 11 April, 2 May, 13 June

Steyning Leisure Centre

9.30am-2pm on Mondays: 14 April, 19 May, 23 June, 11 August, 22 September

Storrington, The Glebe GP Surgery

1.30pm-4pm on Wednesdays: 16 April, 21 May, 18 June, 16 July, 20 August

1.30pm-4pm on Monday 17 September
