Swim4Health - available to start at any time

Swim4Health offers you six weeks of free swimming at Billingshurst, The Pavilions (Horsham) or Steyning Leisure Centre.

Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for your body, reducing your weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on your muscles and joints.

The course offers a temporary (swim only) leisure centre membership for 6 weeks so that you can swim as often as you like - we do ask that you commit to a minimum of 2 sessions a week.  Participants can also access Aquafit classes (subject to availibility) and try an exercise class during the 6 weeks.
