Horsham Memory Cafe.  

A dementia friendly space.

Meets 1st Tuesday of every month.  2pm-3.30pm.

Our monthly event, run in partnership with Home Instead Horsham and West Sussex Partners in Care, offers a friendly space for people living with dementia, their loved ones and carers to attend.
