Our Introduction to Group Exercise course is a great way to explore beginner-friendly fitness classes in a supportive and welcoming environment. Designed for those who aren’t currently active, the course helps build confidence and introduces what’s available at Henfield Leisure Centre.

Across 10 weeks, you’ll try five different classes: Group Cycling, Circuits, Boxercise, Stretch & Tone, and Legs, Bums & Tums. Each session is tailored for beginners and led by friendly instructors who can adapt exercises to suit individual needs. Just bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a willingness to give it a go!
