Our mental health is about how we think,
our emotions, our outlook on life, and how we cope with challenges. It is an
essential part of our wellbeing and can positively affect most areas of our
lives: education, employment, family and relationships. Just as we need to eat
the right things and exercise regularly to feel well physically, we also need
to look after our mental wellbeing and prevent stress.
